Remember that a final version must be submitted within 2 weeks of the last workshop.

Examples

To download and access the Action Plan, first click on the link above. From there, click on the download icon at the top right corner. Note, you need to download the PDF to your computer in order to edit it.

After downloading the PDF, you can click on the fileto open it in your internet browser.

On your browser, the Action Plan should look something like this. You can begin editing your Action Plan by clicking in each of the boxes.

Alternatively, you can locate the file in your “Downloads” folder on your computer and click, “Open with.” There, choose your preferred internet browser, or if you have it, Adobe Acrobat. Note for some Mac users, it’s best to open the PDF in your preferred browser rather than Adobe Acrobat.

After editing your PDF, make sure to save it back to your computer in order to keep your changes. To do this on the browser, click on the "Save as" icon in the top right corner and choose. Save the file to your preferred location on your computer.

On Adobe Acrobat, click on the save button at the top left and save it to your preferred location on your computer.

When it’s time to upload your Action Plan draft and final, simply locate the saved file on your computer and upload it to the platform.
