As you prepare to take your leadership development journey through the TLSP, we want you to consider NOW what difference you hope this course will make in your leadership and supervisory performance. Therefore, please identify a significant leadership challenge to address in the program that will have an important business impact.   We will be inviting you to keep your leadership challenge at the forefront of your mind as you go through the program:

• Be mindful of your leadership challenge during the dialogue with your manager, as you review your 360 feedback analysis, and participate in your peer coaching interactions.
• Throughout the live webinars, intentionally reflect on how you can employ learnings, strategies, and tools to address your leadership challenge successfully and achieve the desired business impact.
• We will offer you an Action Plan framework for addressing your leadership challenge.  It will be a roadmap with action steps for success.
