As you prepare to take your leadership development journey through the TLSP, we want you to consider NOW what difference you hope this course will make in your leadership and supervisory performance. Therefore, we are asking you to identify a significant leadership challenge to address in the program that will have an important business impact.   We will offer you an Action Plan framework for addressing your leadership challenge.  It will be a roadmap with action steps for success. We will be inviting you to keep your leadership challenge in the forefront of your mind as you go through the program.  Be mindful of your leadership challenge during the dialogue with your manager,  in reviewing your 360 feedback analysis as well as while participating in your peer coaching interactions.
