TLSP Cohort 32 (C32TLSP)


Description

The Team Leaders' and Supervisors' Program (TLSP) equips WB Supervisors and TTLs (including IFC Investment and Advisory Officers) with the knowledge and skills required to effectively lead teams and individuals to deliver results for clients. TLSP is a multi-phased, multi-modal blended learning journey that takes cohorts of World Bank and IFC colleagues through self-directed e-learning resources and modules, as well as virtual sessions. The target audience includes WB Formal and Informal Supervisors, Investment/Advisory Officers and accredited TTLs.
