Description
The Team Leaders' and Supervisors' Program (TLSP) equips WBG Supervisors and TTLs (including IFC Investment and Advisory Officers) with the knowledge and skills required to effectively lead teams and individuals to deliver results for clients. TLSP is a multi-phased, multi-modal blended learning journey that takes cohorts of World Bank Group and IFC colleagues through self-directed e-learning resources and modules, as well as virtual sessions, culminating in an in-person workshop and action planning. The target audience includes WBG Formal and Informal Supervisors, Investment/Advisory Officers and accredited TTLs.
