This learning module is intended to be an introduction to key DEI terms and concepts as well as an initial orientation to TRG’s perspectives on, and commitment to, DEI. By the end of this course, learners will be able to: 1) Define key DEI terms; 2) Explain the importance of DEI to life and work at TRG; 3) Identify and commit to behaviors that promote an inclusive culture; 4) Be aware of key USG DEI compliance requirements that are relevant to TRG; and, 5) Know where to look for DEI related resources and to whom at TRG they can direct DEI related questions.
