Basic Meeting Facilitation


Description

The purpose of this is to improve the quality and efficiency of TRG meetings internally and with our clients by strengthening basic meeting facilitation awareness and skills of all TRGers. Participants in the course will:

self-assess their strengths and identify growth areas as a facilitator; increase awareness as a facilitator of their emotions, role, empathy and ability to actively listen; strengthen their facilitation skills; and, strengthen their ability to design, plan and execute a variety of types of meetings.
